Is the attic ladder insulated?

All our attic ladders have insulated trapdoor and draft proof seal built in. We have a wide range of attic stairs to suit everyones needs.

What type of ladders you supply?

We have one of the largest range of attic stairs available in Ireland, you can view all the options in our product range

Do you do callouts for a quote?

No we don’t, unless we have doubts that it is not going to fit. Most of the time a few pictures of your existing opening and landing space is sufficient enough to determine if it will work.

How long does it take to fit an attic ladder?

It takes 1.5-2 hours max. to get it fully fitted from start to finish (including clean up post installation).

Is alteration of the existing opening included in price quoted?

Yes everything is included in the initial price quoted.

Can an attic ladder be fitted in every house?

It can be fitted in most houses. There are a few factors that could limit installation. Lack of space for the ladder to be able to unfold. Water pipes could be in the way, existing opening is over the bannister this would stop the ladder unfolding. In these scenarios we can suggest the option to relocate the attic opening.

Does the attic ladder have warranty?

Yes most of our range has 3 years warranty. Top of the range custom orders have 5 years warranty

Do you install attic flooring?

Yes we do.

Do you install attic lights?

Yes, but we only do battery operated LED lights.

I have bought my own attic ladder can you fit it?

Yes we can, just get in touch and we will be able to do it for you.

Is your company insured?

Yes our company is fully registered and insured.
